are the shackles in the same position on both sides?

that is so weird its in that much negative arch and its not even close to the bump stop.

im betting on a bent frame.

Yes, the shackles appear to be in identical position. And yeah, I hear ya - I can't get my mind around the whole thing at all. I appreciate the ideas being bounced around guys.

The springs came from Wheeler's clearly marked with "L" and "R" (or D and P, cant remember now) and that's the way I installed them. Where would the "-" marking be?

I would try removing the packs, set them side by side and see if they're equal arch... Maybe try switching sides and see if you get the same effect.
Looking at those pics, I don't like the looks of the leaves themselves, they seem separated and don't appear to sit well together but it could just be a camera thing. You might just have a weak pack. This is all speculation, really hard to go over it not being there.

I would think if your frame were bent that the bed and body wouldn't line up too well, but that may depend on where it's bent.

You don't have it on backwards do you?;)

Seems strange since this happened with the previous leaf packs correct? You replaced them with these new ones and it is still doing it? Not sure what else can cause that though if nothing is bent. Spring is the only real thing holding the weight up, correct? Can you put the springs in backwards? Not left to right, but just turned around the wrong way? I dont see that causing something THAT bad though..?

No way there is that big a difference in the two sides. And even if they were backwards why the F does it look so loaded. The leaf appears to be under stress/more weight than the other... You have 500# sand bag on that side??!! Lol
Wonder if the leaf pack was bad?...
    Very weird...

NOTHING about how your truck is sitting looks right. Kinda looks like the entire weight of the vehicle is coming down on the drivers side rear end. And that spring...yikes. I wouldn't drive that thing down to the gas station never mind out in the middle of the desert.

More pics would help, but I think you need to get acquainted with someone who can straighten a frame.

BTW, kudos, falconry is cool. Full-time job as I understand it. Got to hold one as a kid. Unreal how much strength is in the talons.

Before Bondo, there was lead. Hence the term "lead sled" :D
Apologies to the OP for the useless trivia, I hope you get that lean figured out.

No. The rear axle aligns with the pin in the leaf pack, which is not centered in the length of the leaf pack.
