Does any one out there have this similar problem.
    I have a 98 tacoma 4x4 2.7 L man trans.
My truck will without warning not start some times , it turns over just fine, but here is the catch, when it does this I can plug in my code reader and it says ( no link) I have sent it to my local shop and he plugged it in to his computer and says no codes display,,,,, we have checked all fuses and relays and Evan changed out the ECM, it will run fine for a few days then it will start the no start issue again, it appears when it does this the ecm is not sending any power to anything, so the last time it done this I disconnected my battery and it did the trick, it fired right up and runs like a champ.
My question is this..???? Is there any thing that resets when I unplug the battery that will correct it self so that when the power is hooked back up it cranks just fine?.... Please any info on this matter would be very helpfull

Fualty alternator? Computer going kaput? Maybe a fualty clutch start relay thing? I'm not sure....next time you have it running, take it to a parts store that has a free charging system check, and they can check the starter, alternator, and battery.

I had an issue with my 08 starting very sluggish and it was because the dealer didn't clean the battery terminals when they installed the new batter before i bought the truck.

Hope it turns out to be something simple! Good luck and hopefully some other people will post up some ideas.
