    Guys,

i have 2 questions. i want to run 255/85 R16, i am between the coopers ST(premium price - not such a premium product) and the nitto MT. i know there are a few others, but dam, all too aggressive, i wanted an AT in this size, how are people comparing with wear between the 2?

Also, i have an 4.0L automatic SBDC 2013- stress and strain on the TRANS, what are people seeing, i live in the MT( Hills) of western MD?

Any help will be appreciated- i have been reading so many different forums and post and i just cant find answers

I can't speak for wear on those tires since I am running 255/85R16 KM2's (these seem to wear pretty quickly, but I have nothing to compare them to and I have been much harder on them than most people will likely be).

The trans will be fine. There are plenty of people running much bigger tires with no issue on the trans. You'll spend more time in 3rd and 4th gear than on the stock tires though. I ended up regearing, but I had a bad run with gears (not related to the tire size) and I plan on going to much bigger tires in the future anyway.
