what is the reasoning behind not selling a 4x4 taco in Mexico? do other manufaturers have the same restrictions?

OEM All Weather Mats, wheel locks, Toyota Silver Tube steps.....
i think the cost of the truck would be way off market.... for example i looked into other 2 or 3 trucks b4 deciding for the taco

    chevy colorado $280K Dcab 4wd
    gmc canyon $299k Dcab 4wd
    nissan frontier $297k Dcab 2wd
    taco sr5 $299k Dcab 2wd
taco trd $312k Dcab 2wd (what i have)
    ford sportrac $334k dcab 2wd
    ford fx4 $370k acab 4wd

as you can see the taco is one of the most expensive ones in dcab version you may think im a fool for getting the taco while there are less expensive 4wd trucks.... but i really look into the engine capacity and resale value, so a taco 4wd would be around $340 - 360k so its way off market because you can get a bigger truck for that cash, and around here the truck buyers are always looking for bigger trucks like chevy, dodge and ford
