We'll, I'm at the alignment shop right now. They don't think .5 deg is enough to cause it to pull THAT MUCH. They're more concerned with my passenger coil over. I had to drop the spring a bit to get the hub-to-fender distance the same as the driver side. They think that maybe the spring pressure diff may be causing the pull. Of course, there's no negative impact in 2WD. I'm about spent and willing to just let it ride until I get UCAs.

Anyone think that could be a cause for the pull, even though it's not affecting 2WD?

I have a little pull on my truck when I'm in 4H, but it's not bad. I tested it after reading this thread. After driving a Mazdaspeed3 for 3 years nothing is going to feel like it has torque steer compared to that little beast though. lol I have a 3" OME lift with LR UCAs.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
torque steer was my 2003 supercharged corolla.. its suspension was really barely meant to handle 136 crank hp.. It would chew up LCA bushings.

Just got 'er home. There's a slight pull to the right on asphalt, but it's much better. Should be pretty transparent when I use the 4WD as intended. Gotta head back to the shop tomorrow, because my steering wheel is way off center. The dude set me up at 3.6L and 4.1R caster.

It does track straight, but I'm gonna have him lower both sides...and center the steering wheel. It's a 'stiff' drive.

    Drives well.

You know what? I was used to the low-caster, "free" wheelin', and actually enjoyed it for the most part. Of course, here in Colorado, the roads are not really maintained by any standard...and she found the lowest line and took it. Not so much anymore. When it was higher (before this last adjustment), it felt way too rigid for my liking.

The 4WD pull (which I can now only attribute to torque steer) is now pretty small on asphalt, so it shouldn't even be noticeable when I actually need it.

'Ppreciate all the help and feedback! Learned a lot...

    Just to reengage:

The pull is not quite as bad since I installed the UCAs and got an alignment, but it's still there (on pavement). Looks like it's just part of the territory, considering the lift, etc. Since I have the 3" Toytec with adjustable coilovers, the passenger coil is quite a bit longer (less compressed) to account for the Taco lean and to equal ride height on both sides (hub to fender lip). Any chance AT ALL that this (tension difference between the coils) would affect 4WD, considering the shift of center of gravity and the fact that a front tire is driving? If not, the subject can die here...if so, it may die here anyway because I'd probably be 1.5 higher on the passenger side to get the coil overs equaled out.

    Thanks guys!
