Strange about my oil change service

    Well just got back from getting my oil change this morning from
    the Toyota dealer and notice that my ome filter says made in Thailand
    I thought they were made in Japan are they changing their quality or has it been that way and I never noticed?

    Original from factory is made in Japan. The repacements are made in Thailand. Have been for as long as I have been here. Quality has not been compromised.

    Great filters still.

    Chris4x4 tore apart a bunch of them and those Thai ones have some of the best construction, quality build materials and highest amount of filter medium out of them all for the lowest price!
