    Guys... my 2006 had the same problem...real bad, but it was intermittent... Turned out that the front pads would not move as they were pretty much seized to the rod they are supposed to ride on..... Tore them apart cleaned and greases.....no more INTERMITTANT shake...

    Please take this in context of trying to garner more information, but can I ask exactly how much PERSONAL experience you have as a brake technician. You like to quote a lot of text, but I don't see any personal knowledge or information here. I have been an ASE certified Master tech for over 20 years now, and I can tell you that the article linked is not accurate. For one, the site is far from professional looking. It appears they are trying to make one think that they are a legitimate information site, but the misspell, and have errors in to page format. I wouldn't trust anything I read from there for sure.

    Yes, proper brake in procedure should always be followed when you are performing a brake job, but for a site to claim that this is what is wrong with a brake system that has performed flawlessly for thousands of miles, and then suddenly develop a pulsation, is just plain false. Uneven deposits can occur regularly, yes, but normal driving conditions will, in the majority of cases, prevent excessive build up of these deposits.

    I have taken over 30 different brake system courses over the years and a common test in several of the classes was determining the cause of brake system vibration. What was determined was the most common cause of pulsation was uneven cooling, or heating of the rotor, or a stuck slide or pin. I am not sure where this one man in the article got his information, but his information is inaccurate at best, and misleading. I have personally serviced and repaired over a thousand brake system vibration complaints and only a handful were the result of what this article mentioned.

    You are way more badass as a brake technician than me. I'm a wheel monkey. I drive fast and know enough to be dangerous, but frankly I'm a hillbilly engineer. You guys are right, I'm wrong. I will keep doing what I do, you do what you do...and I owe you guys a beer. :D
