    Hi:

Just went through the setup of this with my phone. It's a Samsung Galaxy S android running 4.2.1 (cyanogenmod - if that matters)...

To set it up with both working, go through the setup menu and reset the settings in the truck. This will start fresh.

Then pick Setup Bluetooth Audio player. This uses both the phone and the audio player. The menu selection for phone is for phone only.

Go through the bluetooth pairing process and enter the pin that the truck tells you to use on the phone. Once it asks you to do the pairing, you should get a prompt on your phone in the status tray to pair the phone. Make sure you have bluetooth visibility turned on.

Once you get the notification window up, enter the pin # and confirm it. This should list the truck on your list of paired devices. Select it on the phone.

If all goes well, you should have Bluetooth audio and phone setup working.

    Hope that works for you.
    Regards,
    W. MacKenzie

thank you. have been successfully able to pair both like you mentioned but i can never get anything else to work, like pandora... i will have to start fresh and try again. pandora shows bluetooth handset, i hit play but no audio. my phone's audio player streams fine though. it might be a compatibility issue with my phone. can u get pandora to work?

If both the phone and music is working except the Pandora, try uninstalling Pandora then re-installing. I did this for I-Heart radio and it fixed it.

I can't say much, I just upgraded to the Galaxy S4 and can't get anything to work. I need to reset my truck and phone and try again. I had it all set up with my GS3 and it worked great including Pandora. (not entune)

    Good Luck

at one time, was able to stream pandora but now it no longer works. i had to shut down all prior media services and found that was the only way. have not messed with it much anymore, since pandora uses data i just use bluetooth for mp3s...

My galaxy s4 works with pandora. It just doesn't show the song info on the head unit because I don't have entune. It plays fine though.

SO this has been driving me CRAZY for a few months. Same problem, 2012 Tacoma (no entune) with a Droid RAZR. After the JellyBean OS update, everything but Pandora works for audio/bluetooth. I could control (next song, etc) but no sound.

    I fixed it:

Pair your droid via audio bluetooth. You will notice Pandora is playing, but no sound.

On your phone open settings>sound>volumes and toggle the music/video games volume.

    Voila, fixed. Pandora pops on.
