I just installed a new lift kit with 5100's, Eibach coils, driver side .25" spacer, LR UCAs, with rear add a leafs. I also put on brand new BFG All Terrains (265/70 17) on SCS wheels. The truck was aligned and everything came out within specs.
    LF RF
    Camber 0.9 0.5
    Caster 2.4 2.3
    Toe 0.07 0.10

    Total toe .16
    Steer ahead -0.01

After driving it the first time, I noticed it had a slight pull to the right. I took it back to the alignment shop and they said they adjusted the Toe a little bit, but it still pulls. They suggested it could be the tires even though they are brand new. I plan to go back to Discount Tire this weekend to have them checked out or rotated. Do you guys think the tires could be the problem? Do you think the alignment shop is wrong/incompetent? Any other ideas? Truck is brand new and drove straight before the install.

My truck has pulled to the right ever since lifting. Different tires and multiple alignments and it's still there..

how hard does it pull to the right? you could try rotating the tires to see if there is one that is smaller or larger than the others. that could cause a slight pull to the right. Also there is the crown of the road to think about. you should test on the road and then on a flat area like a parking lot, or if you can manage it the same road but wrong way down the lane to see if you get equal left pull. Then you know its the tires or the road and no the suspension. If you get right pull in all situations then I would see if the suspension is settling different with weight in the truck.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had the tire pressure checked and tires rotated today and the pull is still there. It isn't a hard pull, but it is noticeable. I had previously tried driving on the other side of the road and it still pulled to the right. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next. I think I may try going back to the suspension installer first and then ask the tire shop to swap the tires for a different brand next. This is frustrating.

Maybe there is too much weight in the passenger seat...causing the pull to the right.

    I'm just sayin'.......

I was having this issue. It's a cross caster issue primarily and the narrower wheel track seems to exaggerate it.

For me, a hair of toe out helped.

Ok..... This is it. You need a quality shop. Within spec is not aligned. The true litmus test is in the road test. Every vehicle and lift have personalities.

I had 2 different Toyota dealers (Riverside and San Bernardino) align my Tacoma 6x in 1 week. They told me I was basically a nut job. The roads have curves... I drive aggressive... I was not a mechanic and my opinion was not valid and they know better.... It was redonkulus.

A Toyota service writer told me about an alignment shop in SoCal called Pruitts Precision alignment. These guys are fucking scientists. One drive in my truck and they we like wow...... This is a mess.

One guy stays in the seat, one guy wrenches... And it's on the rack off the rack.... On the rack... Off the rack. As many times as it takes..... And.... It's perfect. They have done all my vehicles... Motohome, jeep, ...etc. all of it.

I took the printout to Toyota and showed all those assholes. They said.... Well this is out of spec and off our charts. But you know what.... It is aligned and my steering wheel is perfectly straight.

Drive to SoCal... Have Scott at Pruetts align all your trucks. 909.798.6797

I will probably ship my truck back there when I need it aligned. I can't stand bad alignment.
