Little lift with bigger tires

I need some help, my truck is wanting to stall out all the time in just about all gears and if I hit the break it wants to stall on me also my radio isn't working my lights are real dim and when I turn them on its wants to stall. I figured it was my alternator but checked that and I'm pretty sure it's good. So I need some help any thoughts?
