looks like I have a ton of room at full lock, both in the front and the rear of the well, mud flaps would have to go. if I were to run some mickey Thompson classic III's in a 17x9 and some 285/70r17 KM2s be an issue. truck will NOT for wheeling, it will only be going in a field and on the beach, mainly highway.

opinions. and people with similar set ups chime in.

    thanks

^^yup, backspacing issue. I have 17x9 ultra wheels with 4.75 backspace and 285/70/17 with coilovers set at 2.5 or so in front. I trimmed the hell out of inner fenders and still rub at full lock.

So, 5.25" or stock trd wheels? 4.25" backspacing I've been told to try and avoid.
Off set playsca role too correct

I have the Pro Comp 7036 wheels in 18x9 with 5" of backspacing and they clear everything just fine. I'm running 285/65r18 Toyo AT's with 3" of lift and don't rub anywhere and didn't have to cut (I did remove the front mudflaps). I do not do any hardcore wheeling, but I've definitely been off road and never had an issue.

Might just break down and get some, if they rub lift it higher, lol. I do all my own work, alignment and suspension as I work at a dealership. But it looks like I have a ton of room under the wells. The bilstein a gave me 2" of lift unless I'd be better to go 255/80/17

It will go in the field now and then and on the beach in the summer. Too nice of a truck to destroy. Plus I hate cleaning it after having fun. They'd why I have idiot friends with 4x4s.

Some of this Some of that
Cab mount chop? Seems like most people do a 2.5/3 inch lift for 33's, wheels with 4.5in backspace, might want 17x8 instead of 9.

I have MT 17x9 classic lock on 285/70/17 with 3" lift without any rubbing issue after trimming some plastic off.

I'm at 2" though not sure if 1 inch will make a difference
