You don't have to do anything if you get the right back spaced wheels, but if you want to stuff them - I'd say 3 & 4, and you don't need a sawzall, just a BFH.

He has a lift, but I'm running 285s and flex the truck and lock to lock, here's what I did:

    Cab mount chop
    Removed mud flaps
Removed front flaps in front of wheel wells
Removed flares (2 of them on their own :anonymous: )
    Trimmed plastic, a lot
Hammered pinch weld.. A few times and I still rub

    Yes I do however..

This is my tire stuffed.. its hard to tell but its actually pushing in the fender flare.

Before I took this picture I had gone up the incline with the tire turned so it stuffed better, however if I had turned my tire into the flare it would have ripped off.

Wow, I want to move to 285's in the near future, but you guys are providing a great argument to stay with 265's. I know that's not your intent, but that much rubbing lessens my enthusiasm a little. I might be alright though, I don't intend to off roading this truck to that degree of stuffing the wheel well for a few more years. Pay her off first!
