Just had Radflo coilovers and DSM UCAs installed today and I get a clunk/rattle out of the front passenger side when going over bumps and dips in the road...pretty positive everything is torqued down correctly.

I'm getting that with my icons, I think it might be the sway bar. I haven't investigated much though.

Yep, sounds like sway bar hitting the coils. Sway bar relocate kit from Toytec is cheap and very easy to install. I'd start there.

I have the sway bar relocate blocks installed. There seems to be a lot of clearance.

    I have a few mods
if it seems to be a clunking kind of sound, try checking the sway bar links themselves. When I originally put my RC lift on my truck, I didnt realize that my SB links were shot to hell (bad condition from being a used truck) and I would go over bumps and would get a clunking sound in the front, so I replaced them with AP SB links, and the sound is gone
