Yep, same ol dumb questions but different scenario.

    2008 TRD Sport 4WD.
Bought and assembled a 3" Toytec Spacer and AAL. Already decided the spacers were a bad idea and am currently waiting on the already shipped Bilstein 5100's. So spare me the whole "you put spacers on a 4wd" talk.

Bought 275/70 R17 BFG AT on stock rims.

As ususal I have rub at "full lock." I am assuming this "full lock" is when the wheel is turned all the way to one side or the other. Help clarify please.

I also feel a very slight vibration while driving that I dont remember being there after the alighnment was done. I dont see any visible rubbing on any UCA's, and i'm pretty sure its not just because they are new AT's. Any thoughts?

When looking at the front of the truck I notice the tires are rotated in a little, I believe this to be "toe," I figured after alaignment this would would not exist anymore. Thoughts on this too?

Yes I'm new to all this, and yes ive seen all the other threads but I cannot get a clear understanding. Will the Bilsteins remedy all or some of this and do I need backspacers?

Ive read a lot aboput people having the same vibration issues after lift and tires. In conclusion, through research, I have found that the vibratioin IS coming from the tires because they are a Class E tire (heavy duty ie. f250). BFG does not make a 175/70 R17 that is class D (light truck) tire.

Put the Bilstein 5100's in. Rides smooth. Camber is on target. Still looks slightly "toe'd" in but the computer printout shows that it is right on the money. Even after questioning the calibration of the lasers. Also taking in to consideration the alighnment is based on a stock vehicle. After airing tires down to 30psi instead of 35psi and driving straight off a dirt road and on to pavement, the wear on the tire is completely even.

    Hope this helps.
