So i have a 6'' lift with Icon extended travel coilovers and Light Racing UCA. Even with my UCA adjusted all the way out, I still cannot align it properly. Its close but no cigar. Also, when the LR UCA droops, my 6'' lift spindle hits my pretty Icons.

Do different UCA's have different lengths they extend out towards the wheel? It seems like if the UCA's were longer, it would align properly and move my knuckle away my truck.

    Suggestions or comments please!

one pic is with my current Icon coilovers and UCA

IIRC, you can adjust the LR UCAs to add or reduce the amount of caster you need, have you tried that?

Yeah. I took it off and made sure that it was on the correct settings and changed the ball joints and had it aligned. They moved it all the way out when they aligned it and it was within the specs but not perfect. Now the bushings in my LR UCAS are shot. I need to contact them about sending me some replacement bushings then sell em and go with something else that fits my coil overs better.

Ill take a couple pics and upload later.

Do different brands of UCA's have different lengths UCA's?
By length I mean if you took a tape and measured from where the long bolt goes through both ends of the UCA to the other side where the center of the UCA balljoint bolts to the spindle/knuckle.

How much do those run? Do they come in a 1'' joint?

Icon also has billet heim jointed ones.
Alignment purposes only, you won't need them with a 6" lift alone but the OP is running aftermarket coil overs so he would almost certainly need them to get in alignment.
A lot, the Icons are about $1100 I think, not sure about the total chaos ones but I wouldn't see them much, if any cheaper.

The TC heim UCAs are about $850-$900 depending on where you get them. Worth every penny with a 6" lift! :D

If you already have the LR UCA's, you won't find a control arm that has more adjustment that those.

How much of an advantage does the heim joint by TC give compared to LR?

I just put in the new poly bushings (courtesy of LR/SPC/Toytec) for the LR UCA and it made a noticeable difference! Much smoother ride. Haven't checked the full droop out quite yet tho..probably no difference than before

And I had the 2nd gen billies on there as a test fit to replace the spacer when I first bought it. They don't work well on down travel btw haha
