I'm new to the forum & joining on my son's behalf. He will be on here soon enough which is somewhat scary based on all the posts relating to modifications I keep seeing.

We purchased Evan a Tacoma for his birthday (16th) and been bolting on a bunch of neat stuff every since then. He loves his truck and my wife and I have enjoyed pulling it all together for him.

I've added some pictures of the after market stuff and want to thank fafafahey (Jim) for his help with the seats. This is a great forum and thank you for allowing us to see so many wonderful trucks.

Is this a 2014 Pyrite Mica? Just curious about the color. Looks really pretty. Does it need a little chrome by chance?

It's a 2013 Pyrite Mica. He fell in love with the color when he first saw it and stated - "you don't see many of them on the road".

I'm actually looking at taking out as much chrome as possible. We will be using this truck to pull our duck boat so the front grill and all the badges may be black before long. I will probably have the rear bumper painted Pyrite Mica.

I'm also toying with the idea of purchasing the AMP retractable steps and giving it to him for Christmas. I have them on my F-250 and love them. We don't climb rocks around my area so I'm not too concerned about the rocker panels.

Funds are becoming an issue. My wife is catching wind of the costs for all these bolt on's and is real close to slaming the hammer down on us.
