Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out the best way to compress video files WITHOUT losing quality, at all, so I can do things like upload to youtube, without having to wait a day and a half for it to load. This is gonna be for HD screen capturing, as well as Gopro video. I am using bandicam to capture now, and I can only get a 1:30 video down to 330mb, which takes 45 mins to upload. Yet I have seen other people get an HD video 6 mins long down to 10mbs, and the video is 1080 quality. What should I do?

Edit: I have been googling soultions, and the ones I have tried so far either don't work, or shit on the video quality.
