Trying to replace my rear drum shoes
I decided to go with another brand then original toyota
    because of the lifetime warranty

The problem is the rear drum shoes come in two different
measurements and I cant figure out which Measurements
    are for my truck

Are you buying online or at a store. Either way I would think the process should take you through specific vehicle options which should lead you to the right part.

I have the 2006 PreRunner DblCab and the shoes I purchased were for a 10" drum diameter and a 1.99" width. Got them from PepBoys #871PB. They had two sizes listed for the truck, and it was the smaller size that fit mine.
