Hello, I have a 1996 2.7l 3rz Tacoma 4x4. The truck has ran good but here recently it went down. I went to start the truck one cold morning (20-25*f) and it started and ran fine for about a minute then it started jumping from 500-1500rpms. It did that twice and shut off and then would not start back. I checked for spark and it is getting spark. The fuel pump works as I tested it, but I am not getting any juice to the fuel pump. I hot wired the fuel pump and it was pumping fuel then but the truck would not start then either. I have read the owners manual I bought for it. I have checked the M-fuse (AM2 30A), EFI 15A, IGN 7.5A, EFI main relay, the fuel pump and the wiring connection, and they all work. At this point I am out of idea's and seeking help for my problem. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of issue?

    Thanks.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
For shits and giggles I'd buy a new Intake Air Temp sensor and Coolant Temp sensor. Just a guess but could be a cheap fix if correct. Make sure the egr is working correctly and replace any toasted vacuum lines, too.

Not sure if Tacoma has a fuel pump shutoff in case of accident. If so, there should be a reset somewhere, not sure where though.
