2007 Tacoma, wanting touch screen installed

If I put in a dvd, nav. sterio system, would I have to install a lot of different parts for the navigation to work, and the blue tooth to work for hands free talk? ive been looking at a lot of different units, which is the best for the price for anyone who has done this to their Tacoma.... Im new to this so your help would be appreciated

 

only thing for the nav install is just running the antenna to your desired location. Same goes with the bluetooth. pretty simple (mine was atleast). also hooking up the parking break wire to allow for nav use, but depending onwhat you want you can always ground it and be done. (not 100% legal...)
