I got this exact Dewalt 18v combo kit a couple years ago and it kicks ass. It consists of a hammerdrill, impact driver, circular saw, cutoff tool, sawzall, a light (not cheesy as I thought at first, quite handy), 2 batteries and a charger. And a reasonably tough tool bag everything easily fits in. I have used each tool in my kit a bunch - zero issues, lots of projects completed. Highly recommended.

Mine fresh out of the box: [IMG]

Amazon is doing a $25 off $100 promo thing, so it makes it $399 for the whole thing - pretty dang cheap for a pile of sweet tools.

Not sure why anyone still buys those old things. Lithium is the way to go. Definitely worth the extra money.
