I bought my first new car in november of 1984. It was a 1985 Toyota Pickup. Drove the PEE out of it and loved it, but had to sell due to medical issues.

Well, I'm back in a Toyota Pickup. Just bought my Super White (Read that "Plain Jane") access cab 2014 Tacoma. Happy as a clam, but wow what a slug compared to my last vehicle, a 2012 Scion xB. I bought 2 of them in 2012, one for me, one for my wife... Found that a year and a half with no truck is killing me, so I went and traded for the truck.

Hopefully I can learn to do mods through the channels here. If not, I may have to learn 'em on my own and share with others.

I'm a Hobby Powder Coater (well... I'm in the hobby for about 15 grand now, so I guess I could move up and just call myself a Custom Coater), so anyone in the area that needs some of that done, let me know. I'm in Garland, TX.

    Howdy folks...

Mine was a 2012 xB. They have a 2.5 or 2.7 in them (same thing as a 2000 Camry, I believe), and they do Scoot. I still have an xB. My wife's car. She would kill if I tried to trade hers in... I love the xB, but Gotta have the truck. Now if I can figure out how to get steering wheel controls for the radio and stuff without breaking the bank... I guess If I weren't such a cheap skate, I could have had more bells and whistles... Shoot. I got one with no Keyless entry. Pretty much the base model Tacoma Access Cab.

    Thanks for the kind welcomes.
