I am in the process of getting the BHLM and an HID retrofit done to the headlamps on my 2013 Taco. I have been searching for a reputable retrofitter that has reasonable prices and then I remembered a member from the Tundra Solutions forum (Pazorell69) that offered to help me out of a jam with my 2008 Tundra for FREE (see post ). I contacted Paz (Marco) and he does offer retrofitting at VERY reasonable prices. He specializes in Tundras, but wants to start doing Tacomas as well. My problem is that I want him to do the work, but he lives in New Orleans, LA and I live in Goleta, CA so he cannot pre-set the headlight adjustment. We are hoping to find a TW member that is either looking for a HID retrofit or someone that is willing to help by letting Marco test fit my lights on their truck.
Marco does EXCELLENT work and here are some examples:

Anyone that can help out please post or PM me and I will put you in touch with Marco. I think he may be joining the TW forum as well so he may respond to this thread. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Ken

I am not sure, but it would be worth something to me to have someone help out. Hopefully Marco is monitoring this thread (I sent him a link to it a while ago). Stay tuned...

I didn't read the entire thread over on Tundra, but it seems that you are a pretty picky guy.

However if you can accept Marco's work for retrofitting, he is definitely a go to guy FOR ME, and i am pretty sure i can say for many others who are on this forum.

I am looking for some retrofit done as well, but it all comes down to price.

Thanks FenderPicks, and yes, I am very anal about my truck. I do almost all of the work on my truck myself. I solder then crimp connections, wrap all wires in tape and then wire loom and then tape it every foot or so, and so on. I take really good care of my vehicles and just had a really bad experience last time I used a retrofitter. He wanted me to "trim" metal off of the inside of my fender well where the HID housing was not clearing. I was not about to cut a whole in the metal to accommodate the lights that were advertised as "plug and play". Marco stepped up to the plate offering his help, not even knowing me. That says a heck of a lot to me.
Anyway, I would not post my recommendation on this forum if I did not believe he was very good at what he does and knows his stuff. I am looking forward to having my lights retrod, and Marco is the go to guy. I am just hoping that I can find someone in his area to help out, otherwise I need to finish the install (an idea I am not to keen on).
    Thanks again,
    Ken

Why dont you use a reputable local retrofitter?
No offense to Marco, seems to do nice work....but there's guys out here in socal doing the same retrofits.
Asianants and ambiguous are two socal members who are pretty good at retrofitting.

I checked around and cannot find anyone that I feel comfortable with and/or the pricing is too steep OR the wait is forever. Marco offered to help me out for FREE in the past and I have seen his work so I really would like to promote some new, qualified retrofitters.

Hope someone steps up for ya man.

Thanks SoCalTacos, appreciate the kind words. I am not trying to bag on any retrofitter, just trying to help a brother out that is a solid guy and does great work. Oh yeah, and getting my headlamps retro'd in the process:)
