    I used my roller last night and it was pretty painfull. lots of moaning and grunting... :laugh: I use this stiff bastard
    my legs are pretty sore, mostly my hamstrings, from tuesday. Ive been working on single leg deadlifts

    Have you guys used those hard tubular objects on your backs? I have a knot from hell, well its from other things but it feels like its from hell, and I can't seem to get it just right with a tennis ball on the wall.

    tennis ball really only work if you are a newb. even competition lacrosse ball seems soft to me now. but i usually use the "peanut", easier to roll on, and for back its hard for me to do it on the ground. so i use the wall in the hall way and press again the opposite wall to generate force to dig in the knot.

    Ive used the roller I posted on my lower to mid back but thats about it. Got anyone that can work it out for you? If its real bad it would be worth it to me to even pay for a 30 min massage to get it worked out.

    (I was gonna say "rubbed out" but I know where that would have gone)

    I don't have anyone that can rub it out for me no...there is a massage therapist that operates out of my gym however.

    Oh, have you guys ever used rock tape? http://rocktape.com/products/tape/ There is a guy that also operates out of my gym that is a Rock Tape doctor..

    Rock tape, k tape, or whatever, works. IF you have someone who knows how to apply it for your injury. It needs to be done properly, as it's not as easy as putting a big piece of tape across what hurts. Some applications serve as reminders. Meaning that during your movement patterns, if your moving poorly, you'll feel the tape pull and remind you to use proper form which will prevent and alleviate some injuries. Other applications assist in pulling the facial layers apart and allow for increased blood flow which in turn results in increased healing.
