2012 Tacoma TX PRO Double Cab...value?

'12 Tacoma TX Pro

TRD off road suspension, TRD cat back exhaust, TRD alloy rims

We are struggling financially and it seems I'm going to have to sell the taco... I really don't have a good idea of its value. It's black, only has 13k miles on it, 6 speed, and everything functions perfectly. I've been offered 25k, seems a bit low.
The KBB value for a loaded Double Cab in this condition is about 29,500. I feel like the TX Pro package should add value.
Anybody have any input?
