    2006 access cab. 4x4, TRD-OR + 2023 TRD off-road.
    back to bone stock.
    2006.

time flies. i got my truck used in 2008..and just drove it. regular maintenance, some minor mods. other than that..just drove it. i cannot believe the thing is almost 8 years old. hell, i just changed the OEM battery out last week.

this thing has been amazing so far. luckily, my frame hasnt rusted out. ;)
this truck is my hunting and camping rig. i really depend on it to get waaay back off the beaten path..and more importantly, get me all the way back OUT.

i kinda give myself a 10-year plan. i have always gone with 10 years on a vehicle and then get another. 2016, i will probably have a new hunting truck. i keep them so long, i can almost justify buying a new truck. i've saved up $$ since 2008 (no payments on this one).

i keep the interior super clean..hunting, the exterior gets pretty dirty..but soap, water, wax..brings it back. i own a good one. maybe i can push it to 2018..10 years of ownership, not model year.

all you guys popping in with 2014's. killing me.

Just think of the fact that everyone popping in with 2014 has car payments. I promise it will make you feel better:D
