So I have been looking for new tires but I don't what are best for some off road and mostly pavement but I want some tough looking tiers. I'm sure some one knows. Thanks!

BFG TA/KO's. Sort of the gold standard in a general duty tire. Comes in almost every size imaginable, lasts forever - or 60,000+ miles - (whichever comes first). Don't know what your standard of "tough looking" is...

Realize that everyone on here will tell you Goodyear Duratrac's. Its considered a all-terrain tire but, has that aggressive mud-terrain look that you are probably looking for. Really a great tire if you read around TW and other reviews.

If you're looking for something that may be a little more pavement friendly than Duratracs or BFG KOs, check out the Hankook Dynapro ATM.

I have BFG Rugged Terrain T/As and I like them so far, but only have 3,000 miles on them. They seem to get a bad rep around here though.
