blower problems

    small lift, wheels and tires
    have a 00 sr5 blower was fine truned off the truck and when i truned it back on the blower would not work. i have replaced the relay and the resistor still nothing. tested the blower motor its good, can hear the relay come on when i move the speed selector so i know i got power that far and the 40amp fues had a little signs of melting down on the screw lug. so thats how i have no idea what to do next, any help would be appreciated :confused:

    Front dome light added,light reminder added,door chime mod, added 2nd gen 4runner headrests,grey wire mod, 2lo mod, more later.
    Try tapping on the blower motor lightly you might have a brush that is stuck try this with the fan switch on high so your getting full voltage to the blower motor.

    Just got mine fixed. I noticed in the fuse box the heater fuse port melted a little so I had a free port one down from it, moved the two wires that bolt on to the fuse down to that port, put the fuse in, and fix my problem.
