My seatbelts do not retract anymore. I know they're a sealed unit and shouldn't be tampered with. I am thinking about hitting up a junkyard for seat belts that do retract. My question is, are there any other Toyota vehicles that use a similar length seatbelt if I cand find any from a Tacoma? Would Camry, or Corolla seat belts work? I know they have to have a similar mounting bracket.

Could someone with this same problem please chime in and describe their solution to the problem?

    -Thanks,

Front dome light added, light reminder added, door chime mod, added 2nd gen 4runner headrests, grey wire mod, 2lo mod, more later.
Im sure 2nd gen 4runner will work be sure to get both seatbelt ends cuz your end with release button might not match up to the replacement.

I guess that's what I get for using the search feature that's built into TW. Sad that you have to use google to actually find any relevant results relating to the topic.
