Anyone know if Toyota is or isn't compliant with the ODB2 standard?

I have a bluetooth ODB2 reader that I connect to my Cell phone for reading engine codes and getting sensor stats from the ECU. Worked on every other car I've plugged it into but it's saying it can't connect to the ECU on my 2014 Tacoma.

For what it's worth the manufacturer of the reader says it supports ISO 9141 and KWP2000 which should cover Toyotas.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
It's going to need to speak ISO 15765 (CANbus). Doesn't sound like it does, based on your description.
