I've got a 2012 and been having problems with the heater or most likely the flaps in the duct work but I just wanted to see if anyone else was having or had this problem as well..... When you put the heat on to come out on the floor, on high its barely coming out and has more coming out the dash vents and there not even supposed to be on. I also get a smell like wet socks with the heat, not very pleasing when its cold out and the windows are rolled up!....It's still under warrenty and i'm bringing it in next week but I like to get some info before I go there and they try to sell me some bullshit explanation and don't want to fix it.....Thanks.....i'll post the "cure" when we find out what the problem is/was......

Have you checked and/or cleaned your cabin filter lately?

In my 7 years of owning my truck - I clean my cabin filter yearly.

You'd be surprised how dirty it gets in one year.

^^^^^^ x2....maybe leaves or debris got sucked into the outside air vent. i would check the cabin air filter. if its dirty (i.e. leaves) its possible that its keeping the flap from closing all the way

Haven't checked the cabin filter but will do before it goes in though, it's pretty much been like this since I bought it new......

Currently having the exact same issue, but without the smell, and I only have about 700 miles on my '14. I'd love to hear what they end up saying. I need to get by the dealership and have them check it out as well.
