Toytec cheapest for LED lighting?

I was checking out the vendors page and it seems that Toytec has pretty cheap LED's. Anyone know of a cheaper place? I want to get a couple mini bars and/or pods. I'm going to mount two 6" LED bars below the rear bumper and wire them to the reverse lights and two bars in the front. Also does anyone know of a mounting kit, that looks nice and flush for the 1st gen and a bed bar. Anyone ever buy LED's from Toytec? Thanks.
