It's a 2013 4cly 4x4. Awesome truck it's my first. I want to lift it soon, like a 3in lift will that effect the warranty. Also his will that effect the Mpgs. I'm at the avg 20 now on hwy. I only comm to work like 1.5 miles and only travel on occasions. I'm also changing the speakers And adding an Amp to the stock head unit Will I get better sound out of it or do I need to change the head unit

Suspension lift does not void the warranty, and yes it will effect the MPG and you will feel the power loss in the little 4 banger if its not regeared. If you get an amp for the speaker and not just for a sub than the stock unit will be fine since it will only be used to send a signal to the amp.

No need to regear unless you put larger tires on, the lift alone won't hake a difference. My average mpg stayed the same from stock to my 3" OME lift and keeping the same size tires.
