I have been looking for a Tacoma for about 3 months. About a month and half ago I found one in AZ that was exactly what I was looking for. I live in San Diego. I didnt have the time to get to AZ and I wasnt quite ready to buy. I kept going back to the ad for the AZ Tacoma, each time getting more attached to the truck I hadnt even seen. Then the ad was gone. I knew i had missed out and continued my search locally.

I found some locally but none were quite what I had wanted and none were the "one that had got away".

Fast forward and my birthday is coming up. My girlfriend tells me she is going to take me on a surprise trip. She doesn't tell me where, but I soon realize we are going to Vegas. Awesome! We spend the night in Vegas and she tells me were going somewhere else too. We soon are in Arizona. Cool! My favorite mountain biking spot is there (she told me to pack my bike) and we have good friends there.

We hit Scottsdale, grab a happy hour drink and some food, and laugh at the pretentious. As were leaving she insists on driving and starts heading to who knows where. She tells me to cover my eyes for the next couple of miles. No problem, thats usually how I like it when she's driving. As we come to a stop she tells me to open my eyes. Sitting in front of us is the truck of my dreams! 2012 Black 4x4 with SR5, tow-package, 6-Speed with short shifter andmatching camper and removable bed/storage units

On her bequest i was to find black wheels for the truuck. I already knew which ones I wanted, and they just happened to have them at Earnhardt Toyota about 30 mins from where we were staying and they gave us a great price and installed them the same day

Give me some credit, they are not mutually exclusive. Although I do rely on one more than the other...

I would post the pic of her applying the tire wet, but then you would know who to look for, and I could be out manned.
