Want to put 100W KC Daylighters behind my grille..and have a couple of questions for those who have:

Do I need to get a bar, or can they mount on the top support?

I have a stock grille. Will it melt?

How much light cutoff might end up happening with the stock grille? I'd like to keep that one.

Not worth doing unless you do a satoshi IMO.

Too much light will be cut off plus you probably wont have the space if you get daylighters instead of slimlites. If you want the factory grille I'd look for a LED light bar to put under the grille.
