Time to get my feet wet on the forum. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or tips. I know there are a lot of tread on this but want to take this route.

Here is what we are working with:
2008 DC TRD Sport Long Bed
    Non-JBL HU
    Steering wheel Controls

I have been doing a little research and I am pretty sure I want to go with the 2014 Pioneer AVH-X2600BT HU. I feel this HU will meet my needs/wants. I am open to having my mind changed if you guys feel there is a better HU for the money. My needs are Blue tooth compatibility with IPhone 5(music, hands free calls, netflix/video), Rear view camera, steering wheel control. I am pretty sure this HU will do that and much more.
If you have one please chime in how it's working for you.

Here is where I am looking for your help. What Mount system is the best? It seems that the Metra has the better reviews. Rattles drive me crazy! Do I buy a kit from crutch field or piece it out to ensure I get what I need? What rear view camera do I want to go with? Steering wheel control module? iPhone cable? Lots to figure out and I am ready to get it rollin. Thanks again

I'm pretty sure you have to buy the Pioneer iPhone5 kit which is 2 apple products and their Pioneer cable. might as well get it all together..

Steering wheel control Metra AXXESS ASWC-1 requires no programming, plug it in, push a button wham it knows you easy enough

    The rest, no idea.
