2012 doublecab 4x4 LB v6 4.0L

I'm getting a 3" lift for my taco and want to get some good tires preferably A/T tires 32's or 33's, and if i do decide to get the 33" tires will i need to get my speedo recalibrated? Any suggestions?

My speedo is off about 5mph after 65mph on the highway. I have MT's with a 2.5in lift with wheel spacers and i had to trim my front of my wheel wells.
