I am currently running 265/75/16s with no lift on stock trd wheels but am about to put a 2.5" lift on the truck. Along with the lift I'm putting on, I want to achieve a wider stance to give a more aggressive look....Can I put wheel spacers on for this config to achieve what I want to do?

You should be fine to put up to 1.25'' spacers with your current tire size. Most people on here run Spidertrax or Bora. You will probably rub a little bit on fender plastic or mudflaps if you still have those on.
