Sagging seat belts

    cant get my Driver side seat belts to return all the way...like sprig mech
    weak and cant handle the weight of the belt..any sugg

    Have you tried looking for a seatbelt assembly from a wrecking yard?

    Why would that one be in any better shape than the one he/we has/have? My '91 did this, my '94 did this, my '09 does this and my Dad's '03 does this.

    Well, its worth a look. If the spring mechanism is worn out, then don't buy it!
