I couldn't find the article mentioned here, but I saw this in the LAtimes today and was curious about something.I apologize if this has been discussed. I remember when this crash happened, and a lot of people from here were in attendance or knew people that were there. I am just wondering why the Burea of Land management is having to pay so much when they weren't really in charge of the event. Was the BLM making any money from the event? How will this affect any other events on BLM land, it seems like they will be much more strict.
