This thread is to help 1st gen owners on any questions that they may have on fitting 35's on a 3 inch suspension lift. I've recently did this and know that it would help others. Here are a few builds that I am aware of. Please post any other builds to the thread and I'll update the original.

I'm sure if you send any of us questions we would be more than happy to help

Haha I want to! I just don't have the means of doing so right now. No garage, no second vehicle, and no welder. If I'm able to get access to those three things before my current tires are finished then I'll go for it.

Also, instead of making people dig through everyones build thread, if you click on the post number where the cutting starts before you get the URL, your link will take you/us/them right to it.

Keep in mind unless it's a body lift, you're going to have the same fitment problems you'd have at stock height if you ever turn and/or compress your suspension. :)

No, you do not need a body lift. You just have to tub your inner fender well.

No, aftermarket uca's aren't needed unless you have extended travel coilovers. But if you have the money, aftermarket uca's do help with getting alignment closer to stock. Won't have too much of a difference though.

If you dont have the means to cut and weld, I used a sledgehammer to tub mine and sealed it back up after I was done.

Works fine. Dont hit the soft part hard, I put a hole in mine and it was a bitch sealing it back up.

    I also have a 1'' body lift.
