3" Lift with 18's.. Tire size help!

    Hey everyone! I want to put a Rough Country 3" lift on my Tacoma. I'm also Looking at getting new wheels and tires... any idea on what offset, width, and tire size I should go with?? Thanks!

    17x9 with -12 offset 285/70/17
    or
    18x9 with -12 offset 285/65/18


    front flaps removed and possibly a little trimming...

    Thanks for the help. I definitely want to remove the flaps, just not a big fan of the way they look. I only left them on there because I have some scratches underneath from wear and tear. I definitely would like to do 18" wheels.
