The "Elf on the Shelf" - Who Does it???

This is awasome, my parents never did anything like this.. Subbed.

 

This is cute, I gotta admit. When my kids were young we had "Santa Mouse". When Santa brought all the great toys with "batteries not included", Santa Mouse would make sure that hidden up inside the tree were all the batteries, wrapped up with the kids names on them. At such a young age it wasn't the quality of the gifts that mattered, it was the quantity. So they would have anywhere from 5-6 extra gifts each up inside the tree!

The girls made sure that along with the cookies and milk, there was a small piece of cheese. When they got up the cookies were gone, the milk was half drunk, and the cheese had little nibble marks on it.

 

Elfie got a little tangled up trying to sneak back in from the North Pole tonight.

 

My son's friends come over after school to see where the elf is. It's like crack to kids.

 

Elfie wanted to play some basketball tonight.

 

My neighbor came by last night asking if I had any string and duct tape...here's what she did!

 

My wife and I are in the midst of a "31 day workout challenge" where we have to log an at least 30 minute workout every day this month. This morning my son awoke to find Twinkle wanted in on the action.

 

haha awesome set ups.. my roommate does it for his 3 year old daughter, he set up the elf surrounded by G.I Joes yesterday which was a good laugh..
