2010 double cab driver's side mirror

Does anyone know if this mirror can be swapped with previous/future years/ non double cabs?
I thought it was, but looking into some online parts sites, there is a different listing for double cabs. I (my son and his basketball) snapped mine off from the bracket. The mirror and housing are fine but the bracket is shot. BTW this is a body colored "white" mirror.

I have found used oem mirrors on the bay and wanted to be safe that I could mix and match if needed. (I only need the darn bracket and was trying to save from spending the $153 for a whole new assembly.)
