In effort to get some help from you all in diagnosing the loud clanking I've been hearing for the last week since the suspension was installed, I recorded some footage. Sorry for the loud squeaking, the UCA bushings are still breaking in and probably need more grease, but the major knocking is audible at the 30 second mark going over small bumps. In the video it comes across as popping.

It looks like something is binding bc your suspension is moving every time it makes that noise. I assume the road was flat there. Can you feel that when your driving? Im not sure were talking the same noise...31 seconds to 38 sec?

Nope, axle has definitely been checked. Nothing is even close to binding. I guess this video is not picking up the real issue. Disregard

its hard to tell from the video, but is it possible the UCA is hitting the coil? also maybe lube the shock mount on the LCA. ive had issues in the past with the bushing binding until they were broken in

I've tripled checked the clearance between the coil and UCA; everything clears perfectly. The lower shock mount bushing is steel with steel spacers...not sure about lubing that?

I would lube that....what is a steel bushing? Bushings are supposed to be made of rubber. Is the spring sitting properly in the lower perch

Metal bearing, I suppose is the proper term. The spring is sitting however it was manufactured by Radflo...looks exactly like the other side.

New Navigation DVD/CD/TV/AV/Bluetooth Stereo and seat mod spacers, 1" hubcentric spacers, seat heaters....
Its sounds to me as if an A-arm bushing is fubar....or something is amiss with the strut end that bolts to the LCA...

It is the squeak/creaking sound that has me thinking that..bummer because checking/fixing will mean take it apart again...

Sounds like the uniball on the uca, give it a few drops of tri flow lube and report back. Also grease the bushings if they are made to be maintenanced. Looks like icon billets but can't tell.

The uniballs can make that kind of metal on metal noise even when they are torqued down? The UCAs are DSM, and the poly bushings are well greased.
