I had started out by looking for a bumper for my truck then I came across this as it caught my eye (picture attached). I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy one at? I seen a member with one on an access cab but until now it never really fascinated me. Was thinking of getting one and instead of putting 2 round lights up there fill that gap with an led light bar or at least attach an led light bar to the front part of it then attach two brackets on each side of one of the posts going into the bed and aim two lights down into the bed that way it would light up the bed to.

The one in the pic looks like it would get crushed like a can, if you wanted a good cage that would hold the weight of the truck it would almost certainly need to go through the cab and hit the frame underneath. If you want it just for looks though it would be a custom job for a local fabber. You could also check out ATO's website, they have some direct in cab bolt / weld in cages.

I don't expect to use it as a roll cage, just used the term because I don't really know what else to call it. I just want one like the one pictured that way I can have a roof rack and put lights up there. I don't plan on rolling over. I'll check out ATO's website though.

thanks, never thought of checking Amazon. that's kinda crappy that it comes in two separate orders. have to put that one one the back burner for that much money.

so I decided to scrap that idea, the rack would be nice to have but I don't want to get rid of my toolbox. I was scrolling through pictures and found this.

It says its fitted with a 42 inch led light bar. I've seen a couple of guys on here make their own but does anyone sell them? I checked a few fabrication shops that make bumpers, cb antenna mounts, sliders, etc but have yet to find them.

The brackets in the link are custom made and for sale w/light. If I hadn't just purchased coilovers and uca's I'd probably already bought that guys setup.

    Good luck

i've found a couple of other brackets they are advertised as only being for double cabs because the ac and reg cab don't have the holes already in the railing to hold the screws in.
