ok lady and gentlemen and squizmars... I am close to replacing my first set of tires :) so I have been looking at tires. I cant make up my mind as I keep finding all these different tires and also it does not help when you have a friend that says check out "these" tires. im going on a road trip this summer from san Antonio out to flagstaff AZ and most likely beyond. im not planning on doing too much mudding so mud terrains arnt really a priority but then again luke skywalker was not planning on having his arm cut off if you know what I mean. really something that will last a decent amount of time, wear evenly and provide good traction off the road while also being decent on the road. not really too worried about noise. that is what the radio is for. :burnrubber:

so far what I have been looking at are the BFG all terrains, Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ radials, good year duratrac, cooper discoverer S/T and cooper discoverer STT.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these?

    cheers!
