Opinions Needed... I need new DBL DIN GPS XM Receiver

    I have an 08 Tacoma with 165000 miles. I had a Pioneer AVIC-D3 installed at purchase of truck, it is beginning to glitch. The stereo/GPS/XM/DVD served me well over the years. The only issue with the unit is the DVD Map, it needs to be removed if I want to insert a CD.
    I would like some opinions on purchasing a new unit with same features minus the Map DVD for the GPS, I prefer a GPS without this.
