Intro.

My name is Bob and I am a new member to the site. I have a 01 extended cab silver truck. It has 161k and looks and runs like new. Can't say enough good about it. I love this particular body style and would have a hard time changing. I live in western North Carolina, and fly fish these mountains on a very regular basis, so my truck sees unimproved roads often. I'm happy to be a member of this forum and look forward to receiving and contributing information to fellow Tacoma owners.
I have a standard bed on my truck and would love to have a step side bed. If there is anyone out there, in the southeast, that would be interested in a trade, well just let me know.

Welcome to TW!!! I had a hard time deciding on the 2nd gen too but, I finally did it and was glad I did. It was nice to have a bigger truck with more power and 4 doors. I did love my 2000 Taco though.

Thanks medic2230. Not saying that I couldn't be persuaded to move up, but I have the title to the 01 and a wife who doesn't share the same passion as I do for the finer things in life. Feel me dog?

Had my title too. Bigger truck is better to take her on those shopping trips. Plus more people to go fishing and hunting with you.
