    i just received mine today. looks 'shorter' in person, but seems to be at least the same reception level as the original antenna.

    6000k HIDS, double tint in the back and tint front side windows, CGS cat back exhaust, AFE Pro Dry filter
    yup mine works just fine. No drop in reception. Just food for thought. If you have problems with it. Try and pull out the wire that is in the rubber, and replace it with another wire. I know it makes no sense to spend more money. Just if you have a wire around the house, may as well give it a try. And of course remember to make sure it (the wire) makes contact to the base. Hey its worth a try.
